What problem are you trying to solve?

The world! We are motivated by ransomware. We prevent ransomware, cryptomining and other threats, mostly APTs.

How do you aim to solve this problem?

We use a container-based application. We run the application inside the container and through this, we isolate it from the local system. Everything runs on the computer, on the same endpoint. Our is an endpoint solution. It can be offline or online. When the application is isolated in the four dimensions- file system, registry, memory and network – those are the main vectors the malware and viruses are trying to go through in order to attack the system or the system next to it. When it’s isolated with these four vectors, the virus is trapped and it can’t do anything.

Who is your competition?

Bromium, Invincea and VM environments.

How are you different from them?

VM environments run in sandboxes. They create another system level using the hardware or other hypervisor solutions to create another VM, another environment and they run the application inside of that. We run everything just by tweaking the system. We have five patents over it in the machine that by tweaking the system of windows, we create the same solution for malware even without creating another whole system on top of the existing system. Other companies need to increase their specs in order to create their solution. More memory, more CPU, more disk. Our is native, you don’t need all those extra resources.

What do you think is the greatest concern in the world of Cybersecurity?

Cryptomining and ransomware are huge concerns. The main concern is data. People want to prevent attackers from stealing their data.

Do you have any Breaking News you would like to share?

We have new features. We added more abilities of AI and we created intelligence in our solution that can give the customer insights about what’s running inside the container. Most importantly, even if you ran this on zero day so there’s no signature base, after a few days, our forensics tools will help you understand what ran inside the container.
